Subconscious relaxation is an unclenching of the deepest parts of our womanhood
Subconscious relaxation is at the forefront of my work
I wasn’t always a relaxed woman
Mental tension and polarised feminine (chaos) were my middle names
I bow to the tantric practices of Kaula and Shaivism that have brought me into the subtle parts of my body, stretching open the places that have felt tense and contracted, a lifetime of holding finally relaxing
I thank these methods for their ancient wisdom, their gnosis on how to meet my bones and soften their rigidity but without making them lose their structural integrity
I thank these practices for penetrating the places of my heart and mental tension that felt so shut down and for teaching me how to touch a body whether with my words or my hands or just a gaze
I am relaxed
So relaxed I sometimes dissolve into time itself and make love to the moment knowing the face of god is licking my skin free of tension

Welcome to The Vulva Temple
A prayer…
My prayer for women is to meet themselves in this place of subconscious, erotic, subtle relaxation
Why?
Because it changes everything
It permeates into all areas of our lives and changes dynamics, the way we move, the way we relate, the way we feel inside our own skin, the way we make love, it changes our sensory perception of reality
To be relaxed is to be free
To be relaxed is to dissolve yourself of constructs and tensions
To be relaxed is to slow down and witness with presence and wonderment your life as an unfolding
It does not mean to be complacent
To be relaxed IN activation is to be steady and graceful and spontaneous
I am hosting a gorgeous event on 11th April for you women!
I will not speak of the practices we will be engaging in, its a surprise 😛 It’s edgy and radical and for some will for sure shatter any remnants of conservativeness
The gathering over this evening is a softening and unclenching into the deepest parts of your womanhood
We will be witnessing one another in this unravelling
Meet your Facilitator

Suskia harnesses the power of touch as a pathway for tracking trauma &
lost feeling. She truly believes that when touch becomes a practice of
meditation, this profoundly activates the body’s ability to nurture itself.
She is no stranger to the underworld of our sexual nature, the somatics of
how trauma moves in a body, & the immense initiations that take place
through menstruation.
Having studied anatomy/physiology, classical tantra, ancestral/womb
cosmology & somatic bodywork; she offers herself as the bridge between
science and the unseen.
She shapeshifts between the realms of blood, body tissue & nervous
system; the realms of the dark womb, the bones of ancestral stories, our
sexual shadows, the erotic & trauma imprinting through a visceral
understanding that these are what bring the body into harmonious
connection with who we innately are.
Suskia holds the intention of consciously placing herself as a gateway for
others to return home to this essential teaching: That when a body
begins to unclench itself from a lifetime of holding tight & descends into
deep relaxation, softness & opening, we rediscover that we hold great
medicine, wisdom, love & unbounded pleasure.
