Locations:

I am based in Cape Town for in-person sessions. I have two studios in Noordhoek.

We are nestled in the deep southerly mountains, surrounded by wild ocean, where the air is much sweeter. Part of the work with me is to make the journey out to the mountains to move away from the city’s buzzing energy and take time for reflection when you arrive in these areas.

*I am available for call-outs, depending on location, and at an extra fee*

Intensives | Retreats:

I curate intensives/retreats for those wanting to go deeper or for those traveling from foreign places and desiring their heart’s abode.

You can either book 1:1 sessions, or, together we spend some time designing and planning your personal retreat which will take place for an agreed-upon amount of time outside of Cape Town at an off-the-grid location immersed in nature.

Online Work:

I am available for online work for those who cannot get to me in person or for those who wish to continue their work with me once they leave the sweet embrace of Cape Town.
