The Vulva Temple is born from the loving, radical Heart of Great Ma.

It is through this temple that we answer the unspoken prayers of our lineage, going to the ROOTS, and harmoniously connect to the brimming power of what lies beneath tissue. This body of work is really an ode to the feminine, bridging physiology and the great mystery. Through our touch, re-weaving lost parts of ourselves and bringing back online the primality of our nervous systems. Together, as we sit in circle.

Inspired by my work with the pelvis of a woman, extensions of my other offerings, Pelvic Nourishment (1:1 bodywork session) and Pelvic Puja (online cohort).

What I see when I work with women’s pelvic bodies is that either we go for the bodywork with another and we do not personally apply this tending and touch as meditation practice through our own hands to our bodies, or that when we do, it’s in secret. Behind closed doors, perpetuating a taboo culture around self-care rituals and radical feminine power.

What has been lost is real-time vulva mapping and demonstrations. Through my education in anatomy and physiology, I was tired of learning about my body, my pelvis, my womb, and yoni via digitally designed and often inaccurate drawings. I was bored. Because that’s not what we look like. I wanted my mothers and grandmothers to sit with me and show me their root bodies, show me their self-care rituals.

My training in bodywork, tantra, and womb cosmology took me to places within myself where this longing to sit at the foot of another woman and receive her connection to her primality became a transmission I will never forget; it’s imprinted viscerally in my being.

It became clear to me that sitting in circle with women and tending to the deepest parts of our womanhood, TOGETHER, is the revolution that never fully arrived. There is great medicine here. There is an unspeakable shattering of delusion that happens here. There is a homecoming to truth and loss. This is the education you never received, Beloved Woman, and I welcome you with my heart wide open.

The depth we will be experiencing together will be a facilitation into touch as a meditation. A non-agenda approach to the wisdom and sacredness of our root bodies.

I am humbled to share with you the transmission of a living vulva demo and mapping of anatomy. The space will be set for you to experience your vulva in this light as we journey into self-tending practices such as vulva self-dearmouring and, at times, vulva gazing, group dependent.

These practices have a profound effect on the fascia of the pelvis, restoring and reorganizing the tissue, and bringing back the hydrating life force of nourishment and love.

When we tend in these ways, we are touching the deep-seated stuff. We journey not just with the physical but the psychological, the emotional, and the ancestral. We are touching on all these places. We are going to what is BENEATH the tissue itself, travelling through all that the tissue connects with. You will be guided into a gentle practice with your body, invited into sound and breath as to bridge into the somatic experience.

I feel it’s important to share transparently that this space includes nudity, vulva gazing, and vulva self-tending. I understand that these may feel edgy and radical as we are now in group space. I want you to know that it is my duty to seek out a constellation of women who feel very ready for this work and so the group its is VERY carefully put together.

There is absolutely nothing that you have to do and engage with, sometimes our participation is sitting in meditation and receiving the group as transmission. But if you feel that you cannot be in a space with our naked bodies and the depth of intimacy and vulnerability we will be going into, please reconsider your application until you feel a full yes.

Suskia harnesses the power of touch as a pathway for tracking trauma &
