NEXT TEMPLE: SATURDAY, 1st Aug ’26 | The Kashmiri Temple
When TOUCH becomes your meditation, the quivering nature of reality leaves a quaking in the body & a heart ready to receive
Dear Lovers,
Welcome to The Kashmiri Temple, where I will be offering the jewel of my tantric practice: the Kashmiri massage also known as The Yoga of Touch.
This is an experiential event for the ones who are already walking the path, perhaps have already been in this practice and would like to expand their capacity around the work; it is also for those who have never done this before and have had a curiosity about the massage that was inspired by the Spandakarikas (tantric song about the divine vibration of reality).
This Temple is open to all individuals; however, it is a requirement that you bring a partner, as this practice is intimate and I will not be pairing individuals on the day. This is for couples, close friends, and lovers. If you are single and would like to attend, perhaps there is someone in your life you desire; let this be the invitation to brave the unknown and invite them into the space.
TOUCH Temple: The Kashmiri Massage
The vision for this Temple:
I am so honoured to share the Kashmiri Massage at this Temple.
I will be sharing this as I have been taught it by my teacher Valentina Leo, and her teacher, Daniel Odier.
I have been sitting inside this method for almost a decade, and it truly is the jewel of my practice.
This method is one of extreme potency, vulnerability and raw intimacy.
It is the one method, along with the Tandava, that I continue to come back to, and each time I do, something whispers from the depths of me to open and expand, to let life in, and feel. Every massage is different. Each of them offers me exactly what I need in that moment, yet ultimately they all remind me that I exist, that I am love expressing itself through this body and these senses, these memories, emotions, and this mind.
The depth we will be experiencing together will be a facilitation into touch as a meditation. When we can touch our partner’s body without any agenda, or expectation of receiving something in return, when there is no seduction at play, when we are not taking from their body, when the mind can relax and when we enter fully into the erotic play of this moment, we enter what we as traditional tantric practitioners call a Puja—an act of worship.
This expression of reverence and devotion is pure medicine. It is the highest form of nourishment. It is a soothing balm for all our relational troubles. No matter where you are with your partner, you can keep coming back to this Puja and you will always return to the heart of your relationship.
For those experiencing this practice outside of a relationship, there is something here for you too. This practice is one of love, to be touched and to touch with love leaves a softness in the system, a return to safety and even without a partner at this time in life, let this practice remind you that love is everywhere, in every moment.
While this practice is not written in the tantric texts, it is a method that has been inspired by the supreme teachings of the Spanda. A technique in and of itself that points to these qualities:
- Viśrānti (restful ease)
- Spanda (the subtle pulsation of life)
- Pratyabhijñā (recognition of one’s true nature)
- Ānanda (bliss)
- Samāveśa (absorbed immersion in awareness)
These are essential in embodying the wisdom and wonderment of the tantric teachings.
The Unfolding of the Evening:
- You will receive a demonstration from me on The Yoga of Touch as transmission
- Each partner will then give and receive the massage
- Tandava practice will also be part of this, as Kashmiri cannot exist without this as a foundation. Tandava is a mystical dance of unfolding the body into space as awareness follows. The massage is the very extension of this dance. One cannot exist without the other

Meet your Facilitator

Suskia harnesses the power of touch as a pathway for tracking trauma and
lost feeling. She truly believes that when touch becomes a practice of
meditation, this profoundly activates the body’s ability to nurture itself.
She is no stranger to the underworld of our sexual nature, the somatics of
how trauma moves in a body, and the immense initiations that take place
through menstruation.
Having studied anatomy/physiology, classical tantra, ancestral/womb
cosmology and somatic bodywork; she offers herself as the bridge between
science and the unseen.
She shapeshifts between the realms of blood, body tissue and nervous
system; the realms of the dark womb, the bones of ancestral stories, our
sexual shadows, the erotic and trauma imprinting through a visceral
understanding that these are what bring the body into harmonious
connection with who we innately are.
Suskia holds the intention of consciously placing herself as a gateway for
others to return home to this essential teaching: That when a body
begins to unclench itself from a lifetime of holding tight and descends into
deep relaxation, softness and opening, we rediscover that we hold great
medicine, wisdom, love and unbounded pleasure.
Would you like to know where it all began?
I’ve worked with couples for many years and one of the most common relational ‘issues’ I continue to explore is how we become set in our intimacy patterns.
We think we know what our partner wants, how they like it, how to touch them.
The curiosity becomes lost.
That tension and fire that existed in the beginning dissolves over time.
I truly believe this dissolution is a rite of passage into deeper intimacy. An initiation into something more profound, meeting the subconscious mystery within our relationship and our partner.
These Temples are curated by love itself, from my direct experience of loving and the teachings I receive from living in truth and freedom. You could say that these spaces, these containers, are a living expression of life unfolding from Its own Heart. It’s an exploration of this depth through presence and devotion.
When we learn that regulation is really a meeting in the heart, the body follows by simmering into a state of deeper relaxation where only the Moment exists. Everything else falls away: Attachment to our identity, our narratives, our fears and anxieties, our patterns. We realize that in the beating, throbbing, pulsating of the universe, we are at our core, at our essence; Love Unfolding.
For the erotically brave & the love-hungry

Themes / Who is this Temple for?
- Traditional Tantric practice remind us that we are the body of reality. To realize this quality is to indulge in the experience of our humanity. Moving away from any idea of goal and purpose, and to exist in this body as it is in truth now: No frills, no performance – just the raw, undulating essence of life expressing and experiencing itself
- Co-regulation, these practices serve as a soothing balm to the nervous system of our own bodies and the nervous system of the relationship we have agreed to, which is imperative if we want deeper connection, love, intimacy, desire, pleasure, orgasmic states, and truth with our partner
- True intimacy is dysregulating to our system if we have grown up in relationships where drama and intense sexual tension are what turn us on. We will learn how to re-regulate through the opening of intimacy, expanding our capacity for deeper feeling
- What happens in the body when we begin to feel safe with our partner
- How a dynamic can shift when touch becomes our spiritual practice
- What happens when we touch with our hearts
- Learning to express to our partner what we don’t like or asking for what we need by listening to our body’s true response through their touch
- Clearing out the energetic debris within our fascia and paving a new path for pleasure and connection with our partner
- Learning to listen with our hands
- Deeply connecting with their hearts while not losing ourselves in our own experience
- Tuning in to the love and the truth of our relational dynamic
- … & of course, inviting in spontaneous arising. The group brings the medicine, trusting that all who arrive in this space are meant to be together at this Temple
