Disclaimer:
- Payment is per couple and either made in full or through installments
- FOR INSTALLMENTS: To secure your space on retreat, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
- The remaining balance will be divided into two installments, which will be sent to you via email every 4 weeks with a secure payment link
- If you book within 3 months of the retreat start date, the installment timeline will be adjusted
- Please note that the full retreat amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the retreat begins
- Payment splits come with a 4% interest fee
- FOR PAYMENT IN FULL: 40% of the full payment serves as a non-refundable deposit
- Wild Woman absorbs all extra fees on full payments, including payment surcharges
- CANCELLATION POLICY APPLICABLE TO ALL PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- If cancelled 90 days prior to the retreat, you will receive 60% of the total payment back
- If cancelled 60 days prior to the retreat, you will receive 30% of the total payment back
- If cancelled 30 days prior to the retreat, no refunds will be permitted
- Retreat to be paid in full 14 days before the retreat begins
- Transfer of tickets to other events or retreats will be considered on a case-by-case basis and for very serious emergencies
