- Tending to the tissues of the breast as a meditation, a non-agenda approach into the heart of your vulnerability
- Working through any emotional 'debris' within the physiology of the breast

- Gentle nipple dearmouring to re-awaken sensation and aliveness in these areas
- Making space for unresolved emotion/memory to be processed that may be held within this part of the fascial system
