    Tantra Yoga is a living practice rooted in the Kaula tradition of non-dual Tantra.

    This session is a 60-minute practice, an introduction to the foundational series of Tantra Yoga. This is to balance the doshas (our constitution) of the Ayurvedic system. We work with opening the meridians and cakras and allowing prana to expand throughout the body, nourishing all its systems.

    WHO IS THIS FOR:

    • All bodies are welcome here. Whether you have been desiring to learn about tantra or are a seasoned student walking the path, this yoga will meet you exactly where you are

    • An incredible whole-body balancing yoga, this works directly with the hormones of the body. I find this yoga to be beneficial for regulating high levels of cortisol and bringing into full harmony all systems and functions of the body

    • For those who are seeking to remove the noise and reveal true self through the method of relaxation

    • Coming into full union with all parts and aspects of the self

    • For those ready to expand capacity for emotions and experience

    • For those ready to experience the bliss and harmony that reveals when a body and mind are in harmony
